ReSILIENCE RETReAT IN EPIDAURUS
Treat yourself with an energizing resilience retreat in the beautiful Ancient Epidaurus in Greece. Surrounded by nature, you receive daily individual coaching and relaxation activities. For those who wish to stay connected: Teleworking is possible from your hotel apartment. For the best results, this resilience retreat should last for one week. Connecting with nature and giving yourself a digital detox will improve your night’s rest and having a healthy and very tastefull dinner at the hotel will help you to learn to leave work stress behind in the online world. There are plenty of reasons to limit that screen time. The goal is to allow yourself a limited amount of time online per day without counting your work hours. You will be amazed by the difference.
We take a fresh start of the day with a short meditation session at sunrise or a later moment. Daily we have a relaxing walk in nature. I also recommend to have a daily swim. In the night you will enjoy a very healthy and delicious dinner. The individual coaching will be scheduled at your convenience during the day. In this program we have a daily coaching session. This means 5 sessions during your stay. We plan our first contact and intake before you travel and schedule the 5 sessions.

Resilience of an olive tree
Did you know that the olive tree is the symbol of resilience? It needs to build its resistance by enduring the high winds, bad weather, storms, droughts, hot winds as well as enjoying the sunshine, the rain, the nurture – so as to produce a high yield. We also need to grow through success and failure, through pain and gain, through adversity and good times.

We can learn a lot from an olive tree and will do so during your stay as we will be walking between them to connect with nature. You will get the unique opportunity to take part in the olive picking if your retreat is scheduled in October.

The Greeks built some of the most impressive structures in ancient times. You get the opportunity to visit the ancient capital Nafplio, the theatre of Epidaurus, the island Poros, Methana and its volcano, the Kalami monestary, the Canal of Korinthe or the capital and largest city in Greece, Athens.

If you prefer to stay connected and telework during the day, this can also be made possible. This program is flexible and will be customized to fully meet your interests.
EPidaurus
In the Greek mythology Epidaurus was the birthplace of Apollo's son Asclepius the healer, Today Epidaurus is still known for its sanctuary as well as its theater, which is in use during the Theater Festival of Athens. This theatre was constructed in the late 4th century BC to host religious ceremonial events in honor of god Asclepius, whose healing center was located a few steps away. Famous for its symmetry and the incredible acoustics, this classical theatre is surrounded by lush greenery and gives nice view to the valley below. Someone told me that I have to feel the power of nature here in Epidaurus and that I always have to be kind to my aura, as aura can be found in the name of the city Epidaurus. I relate to the force of nature you feel here and I liked this explanation, this is why I am sharing this also with you. Come and see the beauty of nature and connect with its true power. Epidaurus is located on the northeastern side of Peloponnese, in the region of Argolis, Greece in the Saronic Bay. The distance between Athens and Epidaurus is 72 km over the water as they are situated opposite to each other, in the night you see the lights of Athens from the beach of Epidaurus. The road distance is 134.8 km.
